۱۱ و کتاب میگوید “هر که به او ایمان آورد خجل نخواهد شد.” ۱۲ زیرا که در یهود و یونانی تفاوتی نیست که همان خداوند، خداوند همه است و دولتمند است برای همه که نام او را میخوانند. ۱۳ زیرا هر که نام خداوند را بخواند نجات خواهد یافت.
